Alaska Experimental Video Map Project

The Alaska Experimental Video Map Project presents Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School

Artists Sarah Conarro and Julian Bozeman asked every middle school art student of Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School, "What Is One Important Place to You in Juneau?"

The students made collages representing each place and compiled the collages into this video map of Juneau, AK.

The Alaska Experimental Map Project was made possible by the Access Grant and the Artist in the Schools Program.

The Access Grant is supported through funding by the Rasmuson Foundation through the Arts in Education Fund, and is administered, under contract, by the Alaska State Council on the Arts.

Artist in the Schools Program is made possible through partnership between the Alaska State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional support from the Rasmuson Foundation and Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School.
